Pressure relief valve is an essential device of silo system.

When the air pressure of the silo is too high or too low and reaches the preset value,thePRV will automatically open to balance the inside pressure with outside, Thus the damage of the silo can be avoided. After the pressure is balanced, the PRV will automatically close without manual intervention.

 Setting
The valves are supplied with pressure setting of 500 mm H2O and for negative pressure of approximately 20 mm H2O. The user has to verify that the pressure setting of the PRV valve corresponds with the maximum pressure allowed in the silo. If this is not the case the pressure setting of the valve has be adjusted by tightening or loosening the adjustment nuts (see table below).The supplier does not accept responsibility for malfunctions or damages arising from incorrect use of the valve.
The maximum operating pressure is 1000 mm H2O, the maximum negative pressure is 120 mm H2O.
