Working principle: the bar gate valve (bar valve) is mainly composed of frame and bars. When the bar group is inserted into the frame, the bars form a parallel grid, which blocks the materials at one side of the gate. If a bar is pulled out, a large empty channel will appear on the side grid, and the materials will enter the other side of the gate through the empty channel. The amount of bars pulled out should be determined by the needs of the process flow. Square valve, leaked into the hopper through bar grid. The flow rate is controlled by adding and subtracting the number of bars.
